Question: How old do I have to be to use your service?
Answer: If you are 21 and over with a valid government issued ID, or 18-20 with a current doctor’s recommendation AND ID, we will be able to deliver to you!
Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: We are open 7 days a week from 10am-8pm. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, with limited hours on the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. Call the office for more information on holiday hours. Last call for same-day delivery for most of Marin is 7pm. West Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco please place orders by 5pm for same day delivery. Our last deliveries are typically between 7pm-8pm.
Question: Where do you deliver? Is there a delivery minimum?
Answer: We deliver to all of Marin County ($50 delivery minimum). We can deliver to private residences, temporary lodging (hotel room, AirBnB, etc.), or your office. We cannot deliver to parking lots or other public areas per state regulations. (see delivery area map below)
Question: Can I schedule for a specific delivery time?
Answer: Yes. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, just request the specific delivery time you desire when placing order- for online order please use order notes section.
Question: Do you have a storefront I can come to?
Answer: Unfortunately, cities within Marin and the County itself, do not allow walk-in dispensaries. So, delivery is the only option for Marin residents currently.
Question: What forms of payment are acceptable?
Answer: We are currently cash only.
Question: Are taxes included in the price?
Answer: Yes, all taxes are included in the price you see. There will be no surprises at checkout!
Question: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Answer: No. All sales are final. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept product returns or exchanges.
Question: What do I do if I’ve received a defective item?
Answer: Please call us immediately. We will work with you to correct the problem.
Question: I’m having trouble getting Treez to accept my delivery address, what gives?
Answer: The system we use in conjunction with Google can be a little finicky for some addresses in Mill Valley, Tiburon, and West Marin. Please use abbreviations for Dr. for “drive”, or Ave for “avenue”, etc. If it’s still giving you trouble, please call the office (415) 871-9962.
Question: Do you offer discounts to anyone other than new members?
Answer: Absolutely! We offer 10%-off for Seniors (65+), and 10%-off for Veterans. For veterans discount please provide documentation of your service by presenting military ID, discharge paperwork, etc.
