What to expect when
placing your very first order!

Thank you for choosing Marin Gardens!

Once you’ve made your first choice from our menu and have added it to your cart, you’ll be prompted to create an account. If you have a medical recommendation from a licensed physician please select “medical use”, otherwise please select “adult use”. You’ll be able to upload your documents at checkout. If you have any special notes to include like how to find your house, or “please do not ring doorbell my dogs will go crazy”, please do so in the order notes. If you need a delivery time to fit your schedule even next day orders, let us know in the order notes and we’d be happy to accommodate!

When your order has been placed, we will verify the ID and you will receive a text confirmation from our office within 3-5 minutes. The text will include your updated total after your new member discount (our pricing includes all taxes) and a delivery estimate (usually 30-60 minutes depending on distance/rush hour traffic/etc.).  You will receive a text when the driver is on their way, five minutes out, and when they’ve arrived.

Per state regulations, deliveries can only be received at private residences, temporary lodging (hotel room, AirBnB, etc.), or to your personal work/office and can only be received by the person who placed the order. No public places (malls, parking lots, restaurants, etc.)

We are currently cash only. You can place orders online starting at 7am, though our office is not open till 10am. Last call for same day delivery is 7pm with last deliveries being between 7-8pm.
